5. Technical requirements
1). The chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy tubes shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3620.1. When the buyer retests, the allowable deviation of the chemical composition shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3620.2.
2). The allowable deviation of the outer diameter of the pipe shall meet the requirements of Table 1.
3). The allowable deviation of the pipe wall thickness should not exceed ±12.5% of its nominal wall thickness. The allowable deviation of the pipe wall thickness does not apply to the weld of the titanium welded pipe.
4). The length of the pipe shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.
5). The length of the fixed length or double length of the pipe should be within its indefinite length, and the allowable deviation of the fixed length is +10mm. 5mm.
